100th BHF Furniture & Electrical Store opening
We have opened our 100th Furniture & Electrical Store on 12th July 2010 in Acocks Green, Birmingham. By the end of this year, BHF Furniture & Electrical Stores will have made £100 million for the Foundation, with all profits going into life saving preventative care and treatment of heart disease – the nation’s biggest killer.
Commercial Property Wanted
We are currently looking for new properties for our Furniture and Electrical and Clothing departments in the target towns listed on this Property Requirements website
With ambitious plans for 2009/10 and 2010/11 we aim to open 100 new shops, 70 of which will be Furniture & Electrical stores.
Lease Structure
BHF take institutional leases usually for a term of 10 years. For Furniture & Electrical stores short term opportunities with a minimum term of 3 years will also be considered.

BHF currently trade from over 600 shops, 80 of which are Furniture and Electrical stores.
